A condolence meeting for Captain Dr Osama Bin Nisar was held at Central News Organization, Radio Pakistan, Islamabad on Wednesday.
He was the son of former Controller Radio Pakistan Shaukat Nisar Saleemi and had embraced martyrdom due to frostbite at Siachen on Tuesday.
Later, funeral prayers of Captain Dr Osama Bin Nisar were offered at Army Medical College in Rawalpindi.
Funeral prayers of Dr Osama Bin Nisar will also be offered at his residence in Eden Garden Faisalabad after Zohar prayers on Thursday.
