Journalists protest PTI workers ‘misbehaviour’

LAHORE: Journalists present a local hotel to cover a press conference of the KP CM boycotted the event briefly in protest against the alleged PTI workers’ misbehaviour with a journalist.

Some PTI workers misbehaved with senior journalist of an Urdu daily, Syed Shoaib ud Din, over the issue of identity. The journalists preferred to out the matter before the PTI concerned leadership and when the press conference was about to start, Syed Shoaib ud Din and other journalists staged a walkout from the hall. Ejaz Ch, Punjab PTI president, went to the journalists and apologised on the behalf of his party members. On the assurance of Ejaz Ch, the journalists ended the boycott.
