Pakistan:  Death threats received journalist.
Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) and National Press Club (NPC) strongly condemned death threats by terrorist outfits to Asif Ali Bhatti Reporter of Geo News in Pakistan’s capital city of  Islamabad.
Briefing a joint meeting of PFUJ and NPC on November 24, 2019, Bhatti, said he had been receiving threats and e messages over last two weeks by terrorist outfits.
Later PFUJ and NPC lodged a criminal complaint (First Information Report) against the unknown terrorists sending threats to him and his family.
Talking to PPF, Asif Bhatti declined to name the terrorist outfits and the case in under investigation. Local police Investigation Officer of this case Adeel Shauqat confirmed that F.I.R has been lodged and further inquiry was in process.
