ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday condemned the attack on SAMAA TV\u2019s cameraman during live coverage of his speech.<\/p>\n

Two men disguised as PTI\u2019s workers beat up SAMAA\u2019s cameraman Muhammad Tariq and broke his camera.<\/p>\n

Reacting to the assault, Khan said that he would expel his workers if they were found involved in the violent attack. He paid tribute to media workers for their courageous coverage of heavy police shelling on anti-government protesters.<\/p>\n

Speaking to SAMAA by phone, PTI\u2019s senior leader Asad Umar also condemned the assault and pleded an internal inquiry.<\/p>\n

He said that a disciplinary action would be initiated against PTI\u2019s workers.<\/p>\n
